2 dead, 1 injured in shooting in Coquitlam, British Columbia

Two people were killed and a third hospitalized in a shooting in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Wednesday night.

All three victims were shot inside their vehicle near the intersection of Dawes Hill Road and Mundy Street at approximately 7:45 p.m. Pacific time, police said.

One was confirmed dead at the scene and the other died in hospital. A third victim is said to be in non-life threatening condition.

The Integrated Homicide Investigation Team has been called in to investigate. No arrests have been reported.
